Instead of playing at Guy Fawkes why not present your problems to the actual op? No, you have to go planning some mlg coup because someone else is currently in the lead and you didn't think ahead/didn't bother to read rules at start.
As I've already said, I'm not changing the game rules while the game is running just because they don't favor you but someone else instead. I don't remember kmaj changing rules mid-game either. And you cannot host since you're both playing anyway. Plus, you think the rules are messed up now, but you didn't think that before the game started, did you? It's not really possible to predict everything that can go wrong before we actually test the rules out. That's why we have these risk rounds, each time we test new concepts and remove bad ones if necessary.
How about trying to adapt to the situation instead of whining about it, knowing nothing will be changed until next risk round? Or you can just pussy out and quit.

this is pretty much over, seeing as no one will be able to pass atlan's 15 battle xp which he's gaining (and will keep doing so) from wrecking 1 guy, so no, i won't adapt.
