It's pretty cool that there are people that are smart enough to be able to do all this. Good luck!

Compiling sucks on Windows because I'm pretty sure pyspades uses C++11 in some places and MSVC 2008 (Because Python 2) doesn't support C++11. I may be completely wrong though. MinGW works, however.

no, MinGW likes to mix libraries from different sources like TDM-GCC-32, TDM-GCC-64 and even sometimes VS, and then on top of that the different version of Windows SDK installed, and on top of that confusion over whether to use Windows SDK x86 or x64 libraries.
LeCom

Just throw this stupid "windows sdk" and VS shit out and you get rid of a lot of trouble.

Spoiler:

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!
Holy sweet little baby Jesus. I can't believe what I'm seeing right now.

I've been waiting for this since 1.0 release on steam and I've almost lost my hope in seeing any possible release of pre-Jagex AoS OpenGL client. I really hope you'll make it happen. This is probably my last hope for this forsaken game.
