AlwaysLaggy if dynamic lights don't work, uninstall my mod. If they still don't, it's not my problem. If it is my problem, most probably I won't fix it cause:
a)I'm lazy
b)I'm busy (school+training everyday)
c)I'm not playing OS at the moment. NFSU2 car tuning FTW
OS - Night time mod - 1.3b - brighter!

I have a little problem, I've installed correctly the mod but it only works when I activate FogShadow, if its not activated, it looks like the normal lighting. And I want to toggle it without FodShadow or my game will lag way too much.

My mod does something like this:
fogcolour.GetLength()
Fog colour is represented as 3 dimensional vector.
If fog colour is 0,0,0 - you get night. If it is 128,50,128 - you get something like morning/evening.
FogShadow "1" is actually broken, as it always enables night, makes blocks 100% dark.
