okay lostmotel asked me for a script preventing grabbing intels through walls up to a certain degree
this might be a good idea for the league in my opinion

I also recommend to use this on babel servers as it prevents the intel from being grabbed from directly underneath through the platform.

I think this would be useful for the league, it would force players to build all the way to the top of an Intel tower.
