Hello,
I'm a noob at editing files of this game, so i only can edit the .kv6 at slab6. When i extract the pump for example, and it comes pump.kv6.weak. If i rewrite the name to "pump.kv6" i can open in slab6, but only come a X in editor, not the piece of weapon i want. Pls help me.

The editable files are in /Resources/pak000-Nonfree.pak. Try going there. Hope I helped.

What you should do is make your own .pak file, so others can use it.

.weak files are fallbacks that are used if you have no paks installed.

The OpenSpades wiki explains this more in detail, but OpenSpades has an order in which it tries to load resources:

1. Bare files/folders in the resources folder
2. Custom paks (don't start with pak###)
3. Base paks (start with pak###)

So, if you make a .pak file which contains a file at Weapons/SMG/whatever.kv6 and place it in the resources directory, it will override the existing whatever.kv6

The best part if you do it this way is you can just upload the .pak file onto this forum and everyone can use it!
