Hmm that's 32 blocks short of fog distance. I suggest you turn down the OpenGl features, like bloom. (To access configuration menu, press space while launching the game or enable the menu in the in-game options)

Alright, just to make sure you've got the right settings, get to this window (press <space> while game is starting up)

Set settings: Global Illumination disabled; Linear HDR rendering disabled; Post-process Low; Shader effects Low;

Then go to "Advanced" tab (mouse is hovering over)
And make sure these are set to:
cg_depthOfFieldAmount 0
r_bloom 0
r_colorCorrection 0
r_depthOfField 0
r_exposureValue 0
r_hdr 0
r_hdrAutoExposure 0
r_hdrGamma ???-experiment, I've got 2.2
r_highPrec ???-try 0
r_occlusionQuery 0
r_physicalLighting 0
r_radiosity 0

That's it. If you want to determine what exactly cause it, experiment.
I can see you have a lot of effects going on in that pic, so turn them all down.
If you need more help, post another pic of the same map with new settings.
Good luck!

Also, please put your signature video inside a
