Can't reach servers.

When I open OpenSpades, I can't see any servers, and it just says "Failed to fetch the server list". Sometimes, if I refresh the server list a bunch of times, or re-install the game, I can see the server list, but once I exit the server the server list goes away again. I've searched for answers on this forum, but none of the answers I found have worked as permanent solutions, such as 'reset your settings', or 're-install the game'. Please help.
