Voxel to mesh converter?

Agh, so Silverman makes a mesh to voxel converter, but he doesn't make a voxel to mesh converter?! Are there any of these open-source or equally free programs that do this? I am not familiar with C++ and the Voxlap library, so could anyone give me a hand here? I'm trying to make a Blender rig of the Deuce, but I figured it would be easier to just rip the model straight off the file. Thanks!

from scratch

On a lighter note, that's very frustrating. It seems to me that I will have to work my butt off to complete the model then. And keep the model somewhat proportional.
