hey i have an question.
so.... i dont know "how to change letters in game"

You mean fonts or message?
For fonts, search for DDFontMake. From there, load font, save as 1 in 3 bmps in fonts folder.
For messages, you need Notepad++ and you have to edit AoS-lang-en.bin. It's dangerous to edit it anyway.

It is only dangerous if you dont make back-ups, but yeah... hax beat me to it, zoli :3
It is quite easy to do once you know how :P

use the 'ddfontmaker' program to make a font file. and then replace the originals (C:\Ace of Spades\fonts) with the new ones that you have made. Here are a couple of examples i made...

Download ddfontmaker here

Please note making a font file in modloader will not work :3

By the way, if you want to change the tiny 6x8 font as used in the chat... don't bother.
