More chance at winning against anyone is good, and I don't really have any good option, really. If I was to pick two extra terrs, that'd give me the same bonus as +1 BP, but that can be lost.

1) You're completely wasting it by giving yourself a bonus in attacking the guy lowest in the TBS scale. Not just you but most other players have 100% chance of winning even if they rolled 1 vs 12. What do you want, 2000% chance of winning?
2) +2 territories counts for a land expansion not conquest.
3) +1 battle xp would be the only logically valuable even if not that valuable choice, at least certainly more worth it than making a certain victory even more certain. It's also the same TBS addition as +2 terrs only you can use it in any situation and it can't be lost.
