No. It's not that.

It used to be a famous map. It have 2 cities, a giant mountain in center and two bridges connecting in it.

Harbor 2 fits your description due to the mountain, but the screenshot is from Ki11aWi11's Metropolis (http://buildandshoot.com/viewtopic.php?t=913)

I could not find anywhere to download it except on aloha.pk's map repository - so enjoy. Looks like an awesome map! :)

It's really a great map, too bad it's not so known as it was before.
