Finally got colors correctly passing to the shaders. This means that colors should be relatively simple to add. I've pushed some basic code onto a new branch called color. I will continue to work on improving the code in the morning! ;)
OpenGL with voxlap feel.
Impressive.
I will see if it support low-end computers.

Personally I don't play AOS anymore. Too much 24/7 bullshit

Will modding still be possible?

No jk :(
Bump, this project deserves it :D
Sick! It's nice to see that the community is really coming together after the failure of 1.0
Seems promising.
I hope you continue the project.

I think this should also be combined with Iceball as an alternate renderer, because for people with good enough graphics cards, hardware rendering does make more sense as it takes some stress of the CPU.

I may take a crack at it over the christmas period.

Oh, I didn't realize the code was on github now. I'll probably take a look too.
Edit: well i can't run it with my card on Linux. The C++ will make it harder to combine to, and it uses external c++ headers so it can't easily be converted to C.

I have to admit, when I see mesa rendered in that first demo video I get chills. I want to see more from this project
