The server hoster site is:http://launch.team9000.net Register and Host your server.
Server gamemodes:TC,CTF,TDM
and....The server name:NK13xx Team9000 [CTF,TC,TDM]
Loctaion is:US. (i not search the administration password)

wow nice find! It works great for me but I wish you could access admin and change the maps/scripts. I get around 90-100 ping on my server which is pretty good and its in the US as well. Hopefully they will add more features in the future.
