Forums cleaned of spam

I've performed a thorough cleaning of the forums to remove spam posts and bots. Please let me know if I've missed anything.

Going forward we'll be taking a stricter fight against spam, including increased difficulty for registration. Please help us by using the built-in report feature whenever you come across any spam, or anything that we should be aware of. The report button looks like an exclamation point [ ! ], and it can be found inside posts and private messages.
