Yeah, it means Liberal as in "Economic Liberalism", not necessarily the type of liberal you guys have.
I think you guys call it Libertarianism or something like that, don't know.

Are you kidding? Not even half of all European flags follow such heraldic laws. I do admit that it is slightly... unpleasant to the eye... but I mainly focused on the symbolism for this one. Feel extraordinary free to suggest details.

Use 2–3 Basic Colors: that is, limit of the number of colors on the flag to three, which contrast well and come from the standard color set.
Be Distinctive or Be Related: avoid duplicating other flags, but use similarities to show connections.

There are 4 colours, combined in an aestethically displeasing manner, and it's way too similar to the red and black flag of anarchism.
