MS Paint is best image editor hands down. Much more powerful than photoshop and has a much wider variety of films formats. Unfortunately it only runs on superior 1024 bit systems such as mine, but I digress.

Overall it's a great experience. Can be used to make simple animation or edit video.

Has super dope HD graphics.

Makes women wet at the sight.

Which is why I r8 Ms P8nt a gr8 8/8

How about Photoshop CS7? The number is one higher than six so it must be better right?
