Let's look at the previous games by bethesda:
Oblivion- At the time, the graphics were pretty good and it's something way better than I could make for texture and lighting quality. The horse models are realistic and the idea of open world really fitted Oblivion's RPG game style. But, the voice acting and the scripts were cheesy and the story was SUPER flat. The only good thing about Oblivion is it's expansion, Shivering Isles that adds a weird and demented but humorous and somewhat dark story.
Fallout 3- A flat boring open world game like Oblivion except with a different story (but still the same flat and linear type) but still isn't that great and won't match up with FallOut New Vegas.

What's your point, Bloodfox? My point is that this Fallout 4 could be the same mistake as fallout 3 or Oblivion. the trailer isn't that appealing to my standards (but then again my standards are weird....) So atm, I'm like "eehhhhhhhhhhhh" towards FallOut 4.... Bethesda in the past has made some pretty shitty but also somewhat good games in the past... but I only remember the shitty ones. Anyways, I'll give FallOut 4 a chance because Bethesda ain't all that bad. But I'm going rougher on it cause of it's reputation for lazily made games.
