That wasn't even anything close to an 'incident', just people being mad at each other on IRC which happens every day. Note - IRC, not the forums.

Forum reputation - Negative would be abusable, with people ganging up on others and rating every one of their posts down (even if some are fine) just because of personal vendettas. Same for positive only personal preferences or mod worship instead of vendettas. I'd just recommend a +1 button instead...

Before you start with the warnings (which I hope will have a countdown after which they expire), it would be nice if you could clear out the one warning I've had for probably a year now for something I didn't do.
