fixed Thank you! Try wine client.exe //1212074645:32885 That gives gives me "Server connection failed" too. Now that I downloaded the old clients, I am POSITIVE that the 0.75 I had previously is different from the one we can download here. This one has no launcher, and gives me a different error me...

I don't remember exactly how I used to do it. The way I tried recently was copying the server address and going like: wine client.exe aos://1212074645:32885:0.75 As you can probably tell by now, I'm on Linux. I have tried variations on that, but to no avail. I keep getting a server disconnect messag...

The new download link seems requires some decryption key... By the way, I hope this isn't considered derailing the thread, but I've been unable to run old clients from the command line like I used to. I think they've changed the protocol, so that now one would need the launcher to "translate" the it...

A Raspberry Pi 3 costs $35 and if you get the experimental OpenGL driver working it can run OpenSpades at 30fps. No excuses now. Thanks for the heads up. But, you see, I think I still prefer a sensible solution that costs nothing than spending 35 dollars on something I don't really need. And I like...

It's currently undownloadable now, due to excess activity (dropbox does that). Have you considered putting up a torrent? I would certainly seed. OpenSpades is too heavy for my grandma's rig, and the Launcher is a no go on me Linux machine.

I actually had convinced some friends to join the Iceball event, but then I told them they shouldn't come. You can't double-click iceball.exe without being insulted, I can't show that to people. And of course I'm doing the wrong thing by complaining, cause if it's broken I should fix it myself.

It seems the downloads section now only makes the Launcher available. I think that's pretty cool, since most players use Windows. But it doesn't work on Linux, I have to download the each actual version separately. Could someone please make an alternative download section for that? P.S.: I don't wan...

Not really - if you don't set the name, we kind of have to default to something else, in this case, a generated one, and in ace of spade's case, "Deuce". Really? I remember the latest version(s) of AoS classic asking your name if you didn't set it manually. I might be wrong, though, and I can't tes...

I stayed till the end scrub :S (the names are fu**ed up) Sorry, I got confused. Didn't you set your name manually? Nope :// Hmyeah, that's what happens when you don't set it manually, they give you some silly names. It's a way to force people to read the docs. I can't complain, it's waaaaay nicer t...

So, it actually happened! And it didn't suck! The map being a classicgen 1/4 of the normal size sure did help. I made the worst tunnels of my life. A bit disappointed that Dominis, rakiru and Grease didn't stick around till the end. But the beggining of the game someone (_Frocs_? Dominis?) was wonde...

The actual reason of this post is the fullscreen option. You search for: clsave/config.json Open it with Notepad and change the fullscreen from false to true. Simple as that. I have to second that. Don't change the width and height, cause the font doesn't scale and you might get tiny annoying chara...
