Won't help, I can connect to the master server fine.

Make sure you've forwarded your ports properly and have set any necessary firewall exceptions. It's not uncommon to have multiple firewalls, so double check. I have definatly forwarded ports, on my router config it's known as port redirection I think, also after examining the rules on windows firew...

Did you try to restart your server? Extract the files? Or try to reinstall the package? I've extracted the files 3 times now, no difference. I am also having that problem.
